BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
We operate by appointment only at Luvu Spa & Brow Design.
Walk-ins are not accepted to ensure each client receives personalized time and attention.
To ensure availability, we kindly recommend booking your appointment in advance, as last-minute openings are limited.
When you make an appointment, that time is guaranteed especially and only for you. However, please keep in mind that we are often booked back-to-back. If you are 15+ minutes late, we will still do our very best to accommodate all or some of your services, but unfortunately we are not always able to do so. We recommend planning to arrive 5 minutes early to account for traffic and parking.
To secure your appointment time, a deposit is required for all services booked online:
- For services up to $100, a $25 deposit is required.
- For services over $100, a $50 deposit is required.
CANCELLATION
We require at least an 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We understand things may occur that are uncontrollable so we provide a multitude of ways to contact us; phone, email, text, and online booking services. Late cancellations or missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients on our waitlist.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late or fail to provide at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

GIFT CARDS
Luvu Spa & Brow Design gift cards are treated like cash. They may be used towards services and retail purchases at our location. Gift cards may not be exchanged for cash, and they cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorization. They never expire, so even if you misplace yours, it’ll never be too late to come back and use it.
